Apartment “Il Giogo” + Bedroom “La Ginestra”  sleeps 6

The apartment, on the ground floor, comprises a living room, with sofa bed and a cooking corner (which includes cooker, oven and fridge) a bedroom that sleeps 3 people and a spacious bathroom with shower. Heating is provided by air conditioning and a thermal fireplace. There is a large garden outside with tables and chairs, deck chair and a barbeque. Combined on the ground floor with the bedroom “ La Ginestra”, with its  3 single beds and independent entrance to create  a single living space,  it has a bathroom with easy access for people with disabilities. There is a dedicated parking space with a ramp that facilitates the access to the bedroom itself.  This apartment and bedroom can be rented together as a single apartment.

Terms and conditions.

• The apartments will be available from 17:00 hour on the day of arrival, and will have to be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.
• Only weekly bookings are accepted in summer during the high season.
• The final balance must be paid on arrival in cash or by bank cheque.
• The apartments must be left in good hygienic conditions or a fee for cleaning will be applied.
• Pets are welcome, with no additional fee, provided they are of a small size, well behaved and constantly kept under supervision by the owners.
• Cancellation of bookings is accepted up to one week before the date of arrival without additional fees. The deposit will not be refunded.
• No refunds will be given for a departure earlier than anticipated in the booking.
